Responsibilities
Human Resources & Events is the people engine of Enactus Munich. From recruiting and onboarding to events, support, and team culture, we make sure people feel connected, included, and ready to grow together as one strong community.
Subteams
HR helps new Enactees find their place in our community. We plan, organize and guide the entire recruiting process, from the first application to joining a team. Through onboarding and ongoing support, we help members feel welcome, connected and ready to contribute.
Events brings our community together and gives Enactees room to grow. From workshops and conferences to community gatherings, we create opportunities to learn new skills, share ideas and build connections. Working with external partners, we support members' development beyond their everyday project work.
