Responsibilities
We build and maintain the digital infrastructure behind Enactus Munich, from our website to the tools our members use every day. Working across departments, we improve our recruiting platform, plan useful internal tools and document our work so the next team can build on it.
Focus areas
Our current priority: create a fast, useful website with Marketing, look after domains and hosting, and make technical knowledge easy to hand over.
Improve the digital journey from application to selection. Work on forms, team dashboards, email communication and interview scheduling with the people who use them.
Help shape our planned member intranet. Explore HR tools, reimbursements, event check-in, finance integrations and a shared CRM, starting with the needs of our teams.
